Association software questions
What does an association actually get, compared to a single club?
Today, an association uses EasyMeet the same way a club does: you run your zone or regional carnivals with the same phones, live board and exports, with onboarding help from us. A combined view across several member clubs, with shared records and reporting, is not part of EasyMeet yet. Talk to us if that is what you need.
Can we run a zone or regional carnival with swimmers from several clubs in it?
Yes. Build the carnival the same way as any meet: import its Swim Central HY3 entries file, or build the program by hand. Either way, every nominated swimmer races and is timed exactly the same regardless of which club they swim for.
Do swimmers need to already be in our system?
If the carnival's HY3 export carries their entries, EasyMeet reads them straight from the file. For a program built by hand, swimmers are added as you set up the events, the same as building any club night.
What do results look like for a multi-club carnival?
The same as any EasyMeet meet: a live board that updates as each swimmer touches, with a personal-best verdict next to their name, then a full results export as PDF or CSV once racing ends. Points standings rank swimmers on the night; team or club-vs-club scoring across the carnival is not calculated automatically.
Is this regional swimming carnival software, or club night software with extra seats?
Under the hood it is the same timing and results engine every EasyMeet meet uses, so a regional carnival runs exactly like a club night, just bigger. Multi-club accounts with shared reporting are not available yet; today you get one point of contact for onboarding and the same tool at every carnival.
