Most swim meet software was built for a desktop at a national meet, with a touchpad system wired into it. A weekly club night or a one-off carnival does not need that. Swim meet software questions
What does swim meet software actually need to do?
Build the program (events, heats and lanes), time each race accurately, track results and personal bests, and get everything out again as a run sheet or export. EasyMeet covers all four from Swim Central import through to PDF and CSV export.
Is EasyMeet cloud-based or do we install something?
Cloud-based. There is nothing to install on a desktop, a console or a laptop. The coach or recorder runs it from a phone or browser, and timers and the starter join the same way, by scanning a QR code.
Does this swim meet software work with Swim Central?
Yes. Import your nominations as an HY3 file and the whole program builds itself, seeded into heats and lanes. Export results as PDF and CSV to load back into your records.
Is EasyMeet swim meet software available across Australia?
Yes, it runs anywhere with phones and a wifi or mobile connection, built and supported from Australia. It is used for community club nights, time trials and school carnivals.
Do the results count as official qualifying times?
EasyMeet produces proper hand times, great for club records, handicaps and tracking progress. For a time to count as a Swimming Australia official qualifying time, the meet still needs to be run under licensed officiating. EasyMeet does not make a meet sanctioned.
How much does swim meet software cost?
