Live swim results

Live swim results, on any screen, the moment they happen.

EasyMeet turns timing phones into a live swimming scoreboard: a virtual scoreboard that updates the instant a swimmer touches, with no scoreboard hardware to buy and nothing for spectators to install.

The old way

Results stuck on a clipboard

A hand-timed meet usually means times on a card, a runner carrying them to a recorder, and a results sheet that goes up on a noticeboard sometime after everyone has already packed up and gone home. Nobody in the crowd knows who is winning until long after the race.

  • Nothing to transcribe by hand
  • Nobody waits for a printed sheet
  • Works the same for a club night or a carnival
Fast to the board
LIVE

Results reach the board and the TV the moment they are recorded. Nobody has to refresh or check back, it just appears.

The live board

Swim results on a TV, as they happen

One tap of GO starts every phone on the same shared clock. As each swimmer finishes, their time, place and personal-best verdict land on the live board straight away, so the whole room follows the meet in real time instead of waiting for an announcement.

  • Synced to a few hundredths
  • A personal-best verdict next to every name
  • Casts to any TV or projector from a browser

Virtual scoreboard, not hardware

It is a browser tab, not a box.

A “swim meet live results app” sounds like something you would need to install. EasyMeet's live board is the opposite: a normal web page that happens to update itself the instant a result lands, so the screen you already have at the venue can show it.

1

Open the link on the venue screen

A laptop, a smart TV browser or a tablet plugged into a projector all work, whatever is already at the pool or hall.

2

Share the same link with the crowd

Spectators can open the identical live board on their own phone from the stands, no app or sign-up.

3

Racing starts

The starter taps GO once. Every timer's phone and the live board are already on the same synced clock.

4

Results appear as swimmers finish

Place, time and a personal-best verdict show up the instant a lane's time is locked in, no refresh needed.

After the live board

Searchable results once racing ends

When the meet is over, the same data becomes a public results page: type a swimmer's name to jump straight to their races, with place, time and points for each one. The recorder can also export the full results as CSV, or print a PDF for the noticeboard.

  • Searchable by swimmer name
  • CSV export for records or a newsletter
  • Print or save as PDF

Questions

Live results questions

Is this a swim meet live results app we have to install?

No. The live results board is a web page, not an app. Open it in any phone, tablet or TV browser and it updates on its own, no download and no account for spectators.

How do we get it up on the big screen?

Open the live board's link on whatever is already plugged into the TV or projector, a laptop, a smart TV browser or a tablet with an HDMI adapter. It is just a browser tab, so anything that can browse the web can show it.

Does the scoreboard need its own wifi?

It needs an internet connection, the same as the timer and starter phones. The venue's existing wifi or a phone hotspot is enough; there is no separate network to set up for the screen.

How fast do results actually appear?

The moment a time is locked in on a timer's phone, it reaches the live board over the same live connection the timer phones use, no refresh button and no polling delay.

Can families follow along on their own phones instead of the big screen?

Yes. The same live link works on a personal phone, so anyone can follow the meet from the stands while the venue screen runs for everyone else.

Are these official results?

EasyMeet produces proper hand times: every phone starts together and two timers per lane are averaged. They are great for club records, handicaps and tracking progress, but a sanctioned qualifying time still needs the meet run under licensed officials.

See how the timing behind the board actually works on the timing technology page, read about carnival-day live boards on the schools page, or compare plans on pricing.
