For recorders

Swim club recorder software for the person who signs off on the night.

Timing on phones only solves half the recorder's job. EasyMeet also resolves flagged lanes, marks DQs, exports the results sheet and keeps your club records up to date, so the night still ends with a result you can stand behind.

A recorder's real job was never just writing numbers down. It is deciding what happens when two timers disagree, catching a missed tap, marking a DQ fairly, and getting a result out before everyone drifts off. EasyMeet is built around that job, not around replacing it.

On the night

Every lane, resolved from one screen

The Run screen lists both timers' taps for every lane as they come in. When they agree within 0.30 seconds, EasyMeet quietly averages them and moves on. When they do not, or a tap is missing, the lane is flagged and sits there until the recorder picks timer A, timer B, the average, or types a time by hand.

  • Flags lanes that need a human decision
  • DQ, scratch and DNF set from the same screen
  • Nothing locked in without the recorder's say

Recorder resolves, EasyMeet remembers

Club records

Club records swimming software that watches every swim

Every official time is checked against your club's best-ever time for that stroke, distance and pool length. When a meet is finalised, any swim that is now the club's new #1 shows up straight away, so a record does not quietly go unnoticed on a Tuesday night.

  • Best-ever time per stroke, distance and pool length
  • Filter by 25m or 50m course
  • Split records by the swimmer's age on the day

Start to finish

What the recorder actually does, start to finish.

01

Build the meet

Import a Swim Central HY3 file, or build the program by hand for a club night.

02

Watch the Run screen

Most lanes auto-average. Flagged lanes and DQs wait for a decision.

03

Finalise the meet

Lock in the official results, and new club records are called out automatically.

04

Export and file

PDF for the noticeboard, CSV for a spreadsheet or your own club records.

Priced for the job

One recorder's login, every meet.

Your first meet is free on any plan, with every feature and no card needed. If a club runs more than about five club nights a year, the Club plan works out cheaper than paying per meet. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.

Questions

Recorder software questions

What does the recorder actually do with EasyMeet, compared to doing it on paper?

The same judgement calls, far less writing. The recorder's Run screen shows every lane's times side by side and flags any lane where the two timers disagree by more than 0.30 seconds, with one tap to pick timer A, timer B, the average, or type a time by hand. DQ, scratch and did-not-finish are also set there, not on a timer's phone.

Is this swim meet recorder software, or just a timing app?

Both jobs live in one place. Phones handle the timing, but the recorder still owns the official result: resolving flagged lanes, marking DQs, and exporting the night's results. That is the recorder's job either way, EasyMeet just takes the stopwatch and the clipboard out of it.

Does it keep club records for us?

Yes. Every official time ever swum at your club is checked against the club's best-ever time for that stroke, distance and pool length, and tonight's new records are called out the moment a meet is finalised. Filter records by 25m or 50m pool, and split them by the swimmer's age on the day.

What if a swimmer breaks a record but we're not sure it's official?

Only swims logged through a finalised meet count. Seed times, practice swims and anything not run through EasyMeet's timing never enter the record, so what shows as a new club record is always drawn from a real, timed race.

How do we get results out once racing is done?

Export a PDF to print or share, or CSV to drop into a spreadsheet or your club's own records. Both are ready the moment the last race is finalised, no retyping from a results sheet.

What if we don't use Swim Central?

Build the program by hand instead; it still only takes a few minutes for a club night. Swim Central HY3 import is there for clubs that use it, but it is not required. Your first meet is free on any plan, with every feature and no card needed.
