Masters swim meet software for an adult squad's club night.
A masters squad is not a junior club night with older swimmers in it: different age groups, a different pace, the same need to get a proper time without hiring touchpads. EasyMeet runs a masters club night on the phones your squad already has.
Most swim timing software is built with a junior club's 8-and-under through 12-and-over ladder baked in. A masters squad needs its own age groups, a field that is entirely adults, and results that respect that, not a system quietly assuming everyone is a kid.
Set the age ranges your squad actually swims
Build each event with the age range you want, five-year masters brackets, a decade split, or an open race with no age limit at all. Nothing in the program forces a junior age ladder onto an adult squad.
- Any age range, set per event
- Works for a mixed field or a single bracket
- Open events with no age limit, if you prefer

Time a masters night on the phones you already have
One tap of GO starts every lane together, timed by the server so there's no clock drift. Two timers per lane are auto-averaged into the official time, the same reliable hand timing as any club night, just scaled to an adult squad's program.
- No touchpads or consoles to hire
- Two-timer lane averaging
- Volunteers or squad members can run it

A personal-best verdict, whatever your age.
Every swim is checked against that swimmer's own previous best, carried forward from night to night. There is no age limit on a PB, and club records can be split by a swimmer's exact age on the day if your squad wants to track that too.
Run every masters night the same way.

Results and PBs
The live board and PB verdicts land the moment racing ends, every age.
Priced the same as any club running regular nights.
Your first meet is free on any plan, with every feature and no card needed. If a club runs more than about five club nights a year, the Club plan works out cheaper than paying per meet. The Club plan is month to month. Pause or cancel any time, including over the off-season. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.
Masters swimming questions
Is this built for junior club nights, or does it work for an adult masters squad?
The timing, the live board and the results are exactly the same system either way. Events carry their own age range, so a masters night's events are set to adult ages (for example 25-29, 30-34, or an open race) instead of junior age groups.
Can we track PBs for adult swimmers the same as juniors?
Yes. Every swim is checked against that swimmer's own previous best, whatever their age, with a verdict (new PB, matched PB, or slower) shown the moment they touch. There is no age cut-off on PB tracking.
Does the points standings table make sense for an all-adult field?
The overall points table for the night works the same regardless of age. The automatic age-bracket split (9 & under, 10-11, 12 & over) is built for a junior club night, so it is not much use for a masters squad; stick to the overall standings on a masters night.
Can we split club records by a swimmer's age?
Yes. Club records can be filtered by pool length and split by the swimmer's exact competition age on the day of the swim, which works the same for a 34-year-old as it does for a 10-year-old.
Who actually runs the timing on a masters night?
Whoever's rostered on, same as any club night. A volunteer, or a squad member between their own races, scans a code, picks a lane and taps FINISH. There's nothing to install and nothing to train.
Is swim meet software like this worth it for a masters squad?
If your squad runs more than about five timed nights a year, the Club plan ($39 a month) works out cheaper than paying per session. Your first meet is free on any plan, with every feature and no card needed.
